The Town of Mashpee will host a fireworks display on Friday, June 24th, at the Mashpee Middle-High School in celebration of the Fourth of July.
No vendors or other entertainment have been invited to the firework celebration this year, which has a rain date of July 2.
Gates open at 5:00 pm and the fireworks are at 9:00 pm. This event is sponsored by the town and Mashpee Pops. No parking will be allowed on Route 151 or Old Barnstable Road.

The family festivities will begin at 5:00 pm with a variety of entertainment. Performances include yo-yo tricks & line dancing with Brett Outchcunis, aka Ooch, K-9 Dog Demo, and music by DJ Danny Walsh! Games and activities will include inflatable style carnival games, face painting, obstacle course, Gaga pit, a laser tag dome, toy race car tracks game, train rides & pony rides! There will be plenty of food and refreshments, including BBQ pulled pork, hot dogs, hamburgers, sausage/pepper/onions, pizza, novelty & scooped ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn, fried dough, and Cape Cod Cannolis.
The night will conclude at 9:00 PM with a spectacular fireworks display by Atlas Fireworks. Free parking is available at the high school until full. For your convenience, there will be a shuttle bus service from 4:30 – 10:00 PM. Pick-up will be at the KC Coombs School, 152 Old Barnstable Rd. and drop-off at Mashpee High School. Handicapped parking will be available. Alcohol, smoking, and pets are not allowed on school grounds.
