
Executive Chef James Hackney is excited to announce his first-ever “Supper Club” series at Cape-Cod-based Wequassett Resort and Golf Club. This once-seasonal resort reopened on February 9 as a year-round luxury property. Starting February 17 – 18, Chef Hackney will curate an ever-evolving weekly menu with guest chefs on select weekends on Fridays and Saturdays.

Priced at $125/person, the oceanfront dinners commence with handcrafted welcome cocktails, a 6:30 pm seating, and live entertainment from 5-9 pm on Saturdays. Reservations are available on Open Table, and the current guest chef schedule is listed below.

To kick off Supper Club’s guest chef activations, renowned Boston-based restaurateur and cookbook author Chef Jason Santos (owner and chef for Buttermilk & Bourbon Boston, Buttermilk & Bourbon Watertown, Citrus & Salt, and Nash Bar) will present a one-night-only menu combining his bistro fare fusion with Chef Hackney’s locally-inspired, seafood-infused menu, provide exclusive exposure to new techniques and unique flavors.
Menu standouts include:
Beef Carpaccio – balsamic, blackberry, bone marrow
Sole (for two) – whey, onion, truffle, salsify, chicken jus
Poached Lobster – saffron risotto, cherry tomatoes, basil
And a timelessly comforting Buttermilk Pie
